About Us

Parkland Place began in Winkler, MB with the development of farmland on the north side of town, now known as Parkland Place. Surrounded by the towns main parks and recreation facilities, Parkland Place has grown to be a beautiful place to enjoy the Winkler community atmosphere with events happening year round in the area.

Parkland Place has grown significantly since it started back in 1991, with developments spreading all across southern Manitoba and parts of Alberta. Check out our Developments page for more information.
